Color requirements (provide Pantone number, physical sample, or color swatch);
Technical parameters (carrier resin, temperature resistance, weather resistance, environmental protection standards, etc.).

Technical Solution and Quotation
Sampling and color matching: Free samples are provided according to customer requirements;
Customers confirm the color and performance;
Quotation: Provide a quotation (including unit price, MOQ, delivery time, payment method, etc.) based on raw material costs, process difficulty, and order quantity;
Contract signing.

Production and Quality Control
Production plan: Arrange production plan after order confirmation and notify the customer of the estimated completion time.
Arrange production;
Quality inspection.

Logistics and Delivery
Packaging method: Choose according to customer needs (25kg/bag, ton bag, or customized packaging).
Logistics arrangement: Factory delivery or customer-designated logistics, providing waybill number.
Delivery acceptance: Customer confirms quantity and quality after receiving the goods.

After-sales service
Technical follow-up: Understand customer usage, solve processing problems (such as uneven dispersion, color difference, etc.).
Repurchase support: Record customer preferences and quickly respond to repeat orders.
Complaint handling: If there is a quality problem, provide a return, replacement, or compensation plan.
