Reasons for poor masterbatch dispersion and improvement measures

The choice of carrier resin directly affects the dispersion of the masterbatch in the base resin. If the compatibility between the two is poor, the masterbatch will be difficult to disperse evenly. Therefore, selecting a carrier resin with good compatibility with the base resin is the first step in improving the dispersibility of the masterbatch.

Abnormal color masterbatch color difference handling methods

Inaccurate measurement or resin grade change is the main cause. Proportions need to be verified and resin compatibility ensured. Differences in the mechanical condition of different injection molding machines (such as the tightness of the heating element) can also lead to color difference.

Why do products easily crack?

Dispersant or additive quality issues: Poor quality dispersants or additives used in the masterbatch may lead to poor pigment dispersion in the resin, thus affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the product.
